What shipping method do you use?

At the moment, I ship all items with USPS priority mail
Do you offer exchanges or returns?

I always want my customers to be happy with their orders but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at illuminaryloresupport@protonmail.com.
How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you didn't receive the email be sure to let me know! The email can be found down below! illuminaryloresupport@protonmail.com
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I am only United States based but maybe in the future!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I ship through USPS, so it depends on them once the orders are out of my hands but I try to get most orders out within 2-3 days!
Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes! This is one of the reasons I created this business!
Can the jars be repurposed?

Of course! When 1/4 of wax remains, it is time to discontinue your candle. I have found the "freezer method" to work the best. This just means setting your jar in there for a few hours or overnight. Usually the wax will break and fall out itself without much force but if it doesn't set it in the freezer again and try again. If you have a stubborn wick, you can just use a heat gun and it will come right off. Always make sure the jar is cleaned properly for reuse.
What wax is used in your products?

I love using natural wax, so I use coconut soy wax. I use Golden Wax in 454-54 in their premium coconut soy!
How often are new products released?

This is a difficult question to answer. My candles are based on mental health and I use those scents to create for each mental health like anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. To find out when a new product will be released, follow me on my socials! They are on my business card or on my website! Instagram and Linkedin are the only socials I have so be aware of scams or people trying to claim to be me! Do you use any dyes or other additives?

Nope! I try to be as natural as possible, so they only include natural coconut soy wax and fragrance oil. My candles are free of dyes and I use cotton wicks as well
What is the best way to burn an Illuminary Lore candle?

You should only burn for 3-4 hours, this is for any type of candle, not just mine. Be sure to trim the wick 1/4" before each light and follow the instructions very well. I include instructional cards in every order as well as warning labels on the bottom of each candle!
What oils are used?

Fragrance oil specifically made for soy wax, it is a must to use as it brings out a great scent throw both cold and hot
