Nope! I try to be as natural as possible, so they only include natural coconut soy wax and fragrance oil. My candles are free of dyes and I use cotton wicks as well.

You should only burn for 3-4 hours, this is for any type of candle, not just mine. Be sure to trim the wick 1/4" before each light and follow the instructions very well. I include instructional cards in every order as well as warning labels on the bottom of each candle!

Absolutely! When about 1/4 of the wax remains, it's time to retire your candle. The "freezer method" works wonders: just place your jar in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. The wax should break and fall out easily. If not, try freezing it again. For stubborn wicks, a heat gun will do the trick. Always ensure the jar is thoroughly cleaned before reusing it.

No. I always say go to therapy if you need help but these are more for not only bringing more awareness but also being there for someone else. Though my customers that have ordered have said they felt the scent was calming to them.

This is completely normal as I do use coconut soy wax and the same wax in each products, so yes they are a bit messy to break apart. We may change to a different formula in the future for the wax melts and see if it does better!

This is completely normal, I have been working with natural coconut soy wax for almost 4 years now and to be honest I have no idea why it does this. I have tested different wicks, pouring temp, etc. Some burn just right, some not so much. To fix this you can either put a little aluminum foil over the top until it gets a nice pool of wax or my fav method is a heat gun on low but either way the tunneling usually fixes itself out eventually. If you tried these methods and it still tunneled badly. Feel free to reach out!
