Return Policy

Illuminary Lore strives to ship orders the next day, however, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends & holidays. Please double check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect or needs to be changed for whatever reason you will receive an email. Also, please inspect your items as soon as they arrive to be sure they are the correct items and that they were not damaged during shipping.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We take care to provide quality products and package them securely for shipping, but of course issues do arise from time-to-time.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged, we will consider returns or refunds for store credit or to original payment method on a case-by-case basis. Always inspect your items immediately upon receiving them.

 

To begin the return or refund process, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receiving the item or items.  Attach detailed photographs of any damage or defect and describe the issue clearly. Also, let us know if you are wanting a refund or want to return the item. We will examine the issues and get back to you with options.

 

Please note:
Items must be unopened and unused.
Items must still be in their original packaging.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.
Refunds will be provided as an in-store credit.
